The computer on your bike is about the equivalent of a 1957 chevy's fuel injection system.
It's not a closed loop system so it cannot adjust itself for different mods. You can go with the harley flash if you want to save money, if you want to do it once and do it right go with a power commander.
Also I might suggest using the arlen ness big sucker airfilter instead of a SE hgih flow or just throwing a K&N in your stock aircleaner box.
The AN filter has the same size, shape and type filter as the SE unit , but it handles the PCV system differently.
The PCV (positive Crankcase Pressure) on a SE filter comes in below the TB or Carb venturi. This means after a period of time the hoses will build up with oil and eventually leak on your cam cover.
The AN filter has a nicer backing plate, and directs the PCV gases ( & oils) directlyt into the venturi and back into the engine where it belongs. Hence no leakage.
