Hi,I am new to this forum. Need a little help deciding on which Bassani muffler cut for my RG. Does anyone have a pic with the straight cut mufflers on a bagger?
Thanks

Hi,January 5, 2005
Welcome-Dont have a pic-But had the slip ons on my King-Looked like bazookas(large diameter and stuck out alot) You can see them here:January 5, 2005
Yea, I already saw that pic. Was looking for a more real life angle. Along with what you said, marketing pics can be deceptive. I am looking for the sticking way out look, but wondering in the large diameter puts em "over the top". Do you really like the look on yours? Any body else got a pic on their bike?January 5, 2005

That is cool. Only issue for me is I want the high flow baffle and I don't think J&P sells them with that baffle. Thats makes me want to see a real bike pic even more. Tough decision. My other choice is the slash cut that flows with the angle of the bags. I have seen some good pics of those and they do look nice. You want to make the right choice for $$$$ they cost. Somebody find me a pic pretty please!January 5, 2005

the mufflers are all 32" long to the tip and extend 3" beyond the fender >>> baloney/slash/slant all appear shorter than straight cut because of the angle....all are same length and 4" dia which is same dia as stock muffler except that they dont taper down![]() |
