Yeah, VT its too early to be this snowy and cold. 17F and 100% humidity. Crazy!

Slip-ons are stupid high. I was looking at the Vance and Hines like I have on my Road Glide and they are $800ish. A complete setup is $1,300. A bit outrageous.

Holy Moly Dave, now that is cold and winter hasn`t even started yet. It is wet back here in Va. but the temperature is in the upper 30`s to low 40`s . They are getting snow up north of us up in New England, and for my two cents worth they can keep it.

On another note, I was looking at slip on mufflers in Sturgis back in August when I was there , looking for a deal . And There weren`t anything that I would call a deal. Most of the ones I looked at were $700 up to over a thousand just for a pair of slip-ons. In my way of thinking that is utterly ridiculously over priced.

And basically the slip-ons would just alter the sound of the bike and add very little if any performance gains.

I saw my Softail today. It didn`t say anything either. It just shivered. 16F for a high today!

I walked through the garage today and saw both my Harleys sitting there , I stopped and wiped some dust off of them, but they didn`t have much to say. So I went on back inside and started my mixology, and watched some tv.

I think there would be more if only we had something interesting to discuss about H-D`s.

Toni still looks like that from the neck down. 15 years older in the face. Still great and a nice person also. The one on the left up top is now in Florida. Has been for years. I believe that was a picture taken after the Poo`s golf outing. The gals rode around on the golf carts with the guys and drinking and looking like that all the way. I haven`t got along with management for quite some time and the bar manager thinks he is a rock star and turns up the volume on the music and also tries to sing. Gave it up go to a different music bar, Patio`s, where VT crooned several times one night. He`s okay and I like it there.

I could do squirrels head stew. But I was having a problem with Nutria. The idea of eating a big rat didn`t turn me on. Especially with the hangover I had.
