October 25, 2006It was 40 degrees on my ride to work this morning. Brrrr.
Are there any good jobs in Florida? It gets too cold for me anymore up here in PA. I really feel sorry for our neighbors above the border.
October 25, 2006Just got back from a 400 mile ride into the interior with a group of friends. Temp started and finished just above 80, 90 most of the time, and peaked around 100 near lunchtime. At least it was cool enough to wear a leather vest. Sorry, forgot to mention, I live in the Middle-East and ski jackets come out if it gets below 80!! Now is the start of the riding season!!
October 25, 2006Now I could get used to the eighties that is perfect riding wheather. The forties that is a different story.
October 26, 2006TS,
Electronics or semiconductor manufacturing. I might even be willing to go back to twisting wrenches for a living if the pay is decent. Actually, I can do just about anything. I just want warm.
October 27, 2006Lots of work down here turning wrenches but unless you own your own shop the pay is poor to say the least.......
October 27, 2006We have a place in Stuart called RF Labs... I know they are always looking for people?
October 27, 2006A good car wrench can make 60,000 -- 70,000 a year in the right dealership down here. I have personally have had years in the past a little better than that but it has dropped off in the last couple of years. The problem now is housing costs including taxes and insurance, are ridiculous
