We like the flat black over the gloss black by a slight edge. I will have my wife on and will probably go with a suction cup seat. I like the old school look and the bad lander seat would probably take away from the old 40's look. The bike needs to have the front fender removed too, although I probably won't do it. If I try to build a bike like this, I will likely have more than the $17,000 grand in it that this bike with a warranty costs. I want fuel injection too as I live in the mountains and am constantly at different elevations where a carb just sucks. The 6 speed tranny is sweet. We just sold our Streetglide. Just couldn't get into the fairing. Maybe someday, but not now. To tell you the truth, we are tired of the same Harley models and this is something fresh. The 1st harley ever produced with a fl front end and a bobtail rear fender. I love the springer front end. I agree, it needs raked more in the front.March 7, 2008
hate to keep sayin the same thing y'all are sayin but definitely needs a different seat. sat on one at int'l mc show and the seat sucks. looks sweet but VERY uncomfy. raked out front end would also add to the style factor of this ride. love the black out and the springer with apes!!March 8, 2008
That bikes so "all wrong"...typical Harley hype.....the bike is a morph at best....March 8, 2008
If it came down to the Cross Bones or the rocker I would take to cross bones home first. Sat on a Rocker the Other day... aahh there's hype.. Of course if it was all black my opinion may be swayed.. But doubtful...March 8, 2008
Rear fender is ugly seat is ugly rest of the bike is coolMarch 8, 2008
I wouldn't take any of those two bikes home... I prefer my RKC...March 8, 2008
I like that old school look. Probably wouldn't make it my only ride but would be good to put in the stable. I'm thinkin that fork angle is off because of the angle of the pic.
