August 11, 2008Here is the issue and what I''d like to do, hopefully someone has a suggestion. On my Road King, I have the standard height sissy bar with a large passenger backrest for my wife. I sits up almost completely vertical and the pad actually takes up a couple of inches over the passenger pillion. If it mounted further back and/*or* leaned back a few degrees, it would be much more comfortable for her. Any suggestions without thinning out the pad *or* buying a Corbin seat and backrest. I have the Sundowner on it now, and it''s not an issue unless I have the rider backrest installed.

August 11, 2008I had the reverse problem, you can try to adj the passenger foot rest up *or* down there is 3 holes might help.
August 11, 2008A GOOD older parts person at your local dealer could help out. Maybe a local Indy who''s been there a while.
