February 28, 2010I ordred my 113" (4.060")bore pistons yesterday. I already have a set of jugs that I aquired. I will have weigh the new pistons and see how many more grams they are compared to the ones my Flywheels are balanced for. I will have to send my cases to Darkhorse to get them cut for the bigger cylinders and my heads back to T-Man to match the combustion chamber to the new pistons. I will have a set of 103" cylinders and pistons for sale next year when the air starts getting cold. bI wont stop until I get atleast 120 HP.

I`m glad to see your done with motor work. LOL
February 28, 2010You would need to run the 4 3/8 stroker flywheel assy to get 103".
March 1, 2010Damn! 120hp! - don`t you run out of road before you use it all?
March 1, 2010I like that raw power when you twist that cable operated 45mm carb.
March 1, 2010We all know he`d get 130hp and much better throttle response with the wireless model (connected to the EFI that is). HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa
March 1, 2010easy Gerry Your going to get Trip involved with this discussion Moscooter will get mad.
March 1, 2010EFI??? 120 HP????? ....i wont even dignify the post.........everybody knows Harleys make HP on Carbs... not EFI.

As one of my IBM managers said over 25 years ago, the objective would be to get to (sub-second response time).........imagine that happening with every "click" you make on your computer.
So now, with "fly by wire", we have a (slight) delay and EFI versus carb seems to add to it also..........So, we all need to learn to live with (delays) and just chill out as that`s the way it is..........
March 1, 2010Theres no delay on my carbs and if there is on yours...you need to change mechanics!!EFI has put a computer between you and the engine....good luck on a Harley!
