December 30, 2016I`m very fortunate to be married (45 years) to a woman that likes riding her own Harley and shooting. She asked Santa for a Sig Sauer compact 9mm. When I bought it for her, it felt soooo good I bought one for myself

December 31, 2016YUP - Although my wife and I have not exchanged presents for many - this year my daughter sent me a box of goodies, Italian dried sausages and Wisconsin cheeses from a Deli in Kenosha. I go to this Deli whenever I visit her. I haven`t had a present to open for so many years I forgot that was part of Christmas. My kids are 52,53, and 54 and live in 3 different places. I moved all over with IBM. We have over the many years gotten together most Thanksgivings though. My big day as my first wife and I agreed to her gets them at Christmas and I gets them at Thanksgiving. This agreement was made in 1967. Have been happily married to #2 since 1974.
And now a Happy New Year to ALL!!!!!

January 8, 2017Happy New Year, Zoners! Screwball, my wife is the same way. I get to buy bike or gun parts for gifts. It is nice to know someone else has the same affliction! LOL
McG, food makes great gifts as long as you aren`t buying them to give to the OL. They seem a bit touchy like that! Hahaha
