Well, it seems the Supreme Court has sided with the Bakery that refused to bake a cake for some gay guys. However, the rationale from the court did not address (the real issue), they voided the lower court cause it displayed "bias" as to the religious beliefs of the bakery crew.
How future such confrontations between bakeries and gay/lib types remains still an open question when it comes to will you make us a cake??? or not.
This whole deal reminds me of a scenario way back in around 1980 or 1981. McG was having a birthday and (I guess) his wife got a cake with a gal on top with her thighs (spread). The cake was displayed at the Checkered Flag Bar in Kingston, N.Y. It was on the bar and McG did a nose dive into the top of the cake.
Now I`m trying to conjure up how it all would have gone had the bakery not wanted to make that cake.
Kind of an analogy to what is going on now, I`m just not sure that McG and company would have tried to take a denial of that cake to the Supreme Court.
