4 weeks agoMcGinnis, I had my colon punctured the first time I had a colonoscopy, it was in 2001, I remember the date because I was in the hospital when the terrorist attacks occurred on 911. I had 6 polyps found today, and he removed them, I have to go back again in 4 years, I will have the upper and lower scopes done the same visit. I have what they call Barrets esophagus and they did the endoscope last year and I am due for that in 2022, so they scheduled me back for the colon part at the same time because of finding polyps.
And Moscooter, I have had many colonoscopys and endoscopys cannot count on both hands, I was going annually , but they have stretched them out for a few years now because the polyps had not shown up and the esophagus had not changed.
And as far as TMI, I was trying to talk about something rather than posting nothing at all, it seems the posting has pretty much came to a standstill here again.
